Another Day of Glory

I have been hoping for the last week that on one day I wouldn’t have anything to write about for one single, solitary day! Well, that day isn’t today. I can’t remember the first time this happened (but it was this week), but I spilled my soda all over myself AGAIN! The problem is that I have to drink from the can with a straw and I just tipped it too far for the first sip. Today, however, I am wearing a white shirt – fortunately I spilled Mountain Dew instead of Pepsi. As soon as it dries it should be OK, but for now I look like a complete fool.

I am sore from kick boxing on Tuesday. We did a bunch of inner thigh exercises and I guess those muscles don’t get too much strain otherwise. Meghan and I are going to class again today so let’s hope I won’t be too stiff to work out! My arms were sore after the first time I went to the class, but this is the first time I have gotten sore since. I guess we haven’t been going for very long, but I thought I would be used to it by now. I am going to be such a babe by the time I go back to Gainesville for the fall! (Then again, aren’t I already?)

Sheesh, NPR is really boring today. I can’t even tell you what topics have been discussed today. The last half-hour was devoted to the ethnic cleansing in the Balkans, but I can only remember that because it is still on! Last week there were many interesting topics that were fun to listen to. However, this week doesn’t follow the same trend. I have heard all I want about the horrors of war and I would like to learn something else. This is compounded with the fact that I don’t have any work to do today. I am very bored and the radio isn’t keeping me alert today. I really need some sleep. (How many times have I said that in the past week?)
